Sea level rise: Will the armies of the world fight climate change building massive 20 feet+ high continuous sea walls around their coastlines (learning from Holland?) to preserve precious and valuable land against sea level rise, Hope the European "clean energy route" as response to Global Warming is more and more yogic in the reversal approach, (US dept of Defense, China's and India's armies are supposed to be the biggest, and they all have very large coastlines). What's the plan here?
