Hi M,

How's your week going?

Navigating the waters of steering World University and School, and to some degree the WUaS Corporation, forward .. no wind yet to speak of ... and for ten years now ...  Seeking to stay focused on a kind MIT and Stanford positive ethical vision re greatest universities helping the world and re research and high thinking achievement and innovation, and information technology, - and re ethos / culture / milieu ... even as questions of generating a caring and loving online culture ( an alternative university and school culture perhaps ) also are forefront in my mind ...

May start to think through my upcoming  poetry book in emails to you too - if that's ok .... especially since I wrote the concluding poem with you in mind ...

Hi M,

Curious about ways in which writing this to you opens new possibilities - writing to you is certainly an idea generator ...

Still don't have CC OCW - OpenCourseWare - for law or medicine (where CC MIT OCW is in 7 languages) online degrees and in all 200 countries' languages.

But what about caring - Swarthmore and Haverford Colleges - as examples (Quaker) with a kind of culture I'm thinking about ... attracting a lot of high achievers, most of whom attend Friends' Meeting (a kind of Quaker-informed meditation)  ... and a history into the modern, now internet, world ?

What about far-reaching caring in CONTESTED spheres, for example, in organizations / universities, given histories ... ? Seems like WUaS might have to shape an unique online f/Friendly culture... but I could perhaps point to an university or two in India with caring ethoses  - with its great religious ethoses of plurality, and relative tolerance - not yet the MIT or Stanford's of the world, but such Universities in India could become so ...

How was your day? How are you?

Scott
