At the recent #L2Summit, DCI director @neha spoke about the importance of Layer 2 solutions to scaling and securing blockchain technologies.

World University and School, which is like CC-4 MIT OCW in 5 languages, and Wikipedia in 301 languages, seeks to become the online accrediting Stanford / MIT / Harvard / Oxbridge in each of all ~200 countries' official languages - for free-to-students' Bachelor, Ph.D., Law, M.D. and I.B. high school degrees - but WUaS hasn't begun to hire yet, due to lack of funding. And WUaS seeks to accredit on https://ocw.mit.edu/courses/translated-courses/ for example.
