Midori seems to be doing well (as far as can be discerned based on our observations and those of her paediatrician) and would most probably enjoy the festivities, having for instance reacted well to this year's Lunar New Year parade a few months ago and being generally curious and gregarious. Ok - do we know when the cafe' will be open? 8-ish would sound fine I'd say. All this is of course contingent on force majeure not intervening and wreaking havoc with our plans in Burnsian fashion ('the best laid plans o' mice and men gang aft agley' and such).
