ISSIP Excellence In Service Innovation Awards 2021 Results
Dear Scott,
The ISSIP Excellence in Service Innovation Award is given once each year to companies or organizations that have deployed a new service that, in the judgment of the ISSIP Award Committee, is the most innovative of all the submissions for that year. This competitive,
The competition between your submission and the winning submission was very close, and the Awards Committee wishes to congratulate you and your team for the innovation in that you have pioneered. Your submission will be posted on the ISSIP web site and a link to this site will be highlighted in the ISSIP Newsletter. We encourage you and your team to continue this course of innovation and to promote your progress through ISSIP’s publication channels.
With congratulations,
ISSIP Awards Committee:
Sunil Kripalani, Member, ISSIP BOD

World University & School - WUaS - Innovations in 2020:
Facilitating Excellence in Learning via best STEAM CC-4 OCW (in 4 languages) with Wikis (Wikidata/Wikipedia) in 300 languages +
Overview
World University and School's mission is to offer free university degrees and IB high school diplomas to students in their own countries and in their own languages, building upon Open Courseware in its current languages, and to facilitate Wiki schools for open teaching and learning in all living languages. WUaS is currently in the process of partnering with edX (founded by Anant Agarwal, a MIT and Harvard Professor, and the CEO of EdX) to offer online free-to-students' Bachelor and PhD programs in the autumn 2021. This would start in English, with students matriculating from as many as 200 countries. WUaS plans to license and accredit at the university and high school levels for its online degrees and diplomas, including Bachelor, PhD, Law, MD and IB high school, in the countries' main languages - http://
New Innovations at World University and School
In 2020, WUaS innovations included beginning to: partner with edX; coding for anyone, with each getting a Wikidata Q-item (or similar) number; a new WUaS Opencura WBstack Wikibase platform; creating 1 Realistic Virtual Earth (think Google Street View with time slider) for use as field sites/classrooms, and everything, including a realistic virtual earth for genetics for aging reversal drug therapies; WUaS is planning tele-robotic surgery, and in a realistic virtual earth for surgery at cellular and atomic levels too; #WUaSHomeRobotics developing courses for each of 3 physical WUaS Lego Robotics' kits for #ActualVirtual #PhysicalVirtual robotics with the #Scratch3 programming languages with #GoogleTranslate & its100 languages in a #RealisticVirtualEarthForLego & #

"Thank you for your great presentation.
To what degree could we model in VR the economics' questions you're asking - and, say, planning for electricity, and roads, and returns - in a single realistic virtual earth for economics (think Google Street View with time slider, Maps, Earth, Tensorflow Artificial Intelligence, and with avatar bots too for virtual social returns, esp.)? Could we model these with the framework for economic data from the 1985 World Bank paper (with perhaps its focus on data questions emerging even from 1960s and 1970s critiques of economics) you mentioned too? Thank you, Scott (sgkmacleod@

"Thank you for this great presentation, Peter and Frank. Frank, if you were seeking to reply to my questions, I’d clarify with: in the laying out of roads, for ex., in computer simulations, with costs and returns, and in each of the countries of the world (eg African, & Silk Road countries), how could such VR modeling be extended to, for example, electricity systems’ modeling (and its economics), to city development modeling in VR simulations (including AutoCad architecture and probably road programming, with costs and returns in the coding), and their economics, and even with people as avatars, and related economic questions? In doing so, could one use, again, the data categories, for example, and from the World Bank’s 1985 paper, with its focus on individual countries, and their infrastructure, for example? Thank you.

Thank you, both! - and in one realistic virtual earth for everything (for economics) … (think Google Street View - for the artificial intelligence too), and here's an example of Street View (with my Actual-Virtual Ethnographic field site Harbin Hot Springs) - ~ http://tinyurl.com/p62rpcg (~ https://twitter.com/HarbinBook ~ http://bit.ly/HarbinBook ~)
I appreciate both of your responses to my questions, and would like to add that - In the making of the simulations, - say by Google / Stanford - or by institutions - there's an opportunity to shape infrastructure ahead remarkably.
In addition, what role could UBI experiments, to distribute a mineable single cryptocurrency worldwide - for all 7.8 billion people - think "Stanford Mine Pi" - play in even informing stock markets in African and Chinese individual countries ? (Some recent single cryptocurrency, regarding Stanford Mine Pi, and the former Mayor of Stockton CA, Michael Tubbs, and guaranteed income experiments, with the state of CA at bottom here - https://scott-macleod.
Thank you,
PS CC-4 MIT OCW-centric wiki World University and School, planned in each of 200 countries (per Olympics), and in all 7,139 living languages, seeks to facilitate such a single realistic virtual earth and for everything, including STEM field sites and classrooms - and for the Social Sciences esp - https://twitter.com/hashtag/
