Big sky central Oregon,
Amazingly wondrous huge sky,
High desert, vast land.
Is that a pyramid to the east,
Or a mountain far older than Egypt's
Ancient builds?
Four choppers stopped at red light
In middle of this desert,
heading south,
Two old hippies with very long hair,
one is shirtless,
Two riders with short hair.
Absurd, Fellini-esque,
Where are they going together,.
In forsaken southern Oregon desert??
We wait for the traffic light to change,
For he Pilot car to arrive from the other direction.
The guy with long hair, a long gray ponytail, and no shirt,
Lays down a pelt the length of his head and torso,
behind his high handlebar-red motorcycle,
and smiles back at me,
before he lays down on his back,
On the tarmac.
I recline in my driver's seat to wait for the light to change.
Olde hippies, a free spirit, in the middle of
Oregon central desert vastness, on the road.
Could many cars these days have video cameras built in,
following on Google Street View Camera Cars

and very speculatively could also George Church seen this,

Light changes to blinking yellow,
They proceed, I follow,
They turn right at Christmas Valley road turnoff.
Alkali lake next
Then more 'spectacular and desolate'
Immense land.
Road is often very straight and very very long.
Lake Abert next ... I take pics ...
Wow Hwy 395 ... incroyably incredibly mind expanding big Oregon,
This dessert speaks.
