Pretty & clear day here out on garden patio with winter coat on ... Can see vividly Mt. Tamalpais, Golden Gate Bridge, and SF ... The bay waters are calm and blue ... Large expanse ... More about our 'virtual' - not yet in Google Street View realistic virtual earth for communal travels (hippy bus idea?) - Bodacious Bodega Bay travels here - http://scott-macleod.blogspot.com/2021/09/john-muir-wilderness-backpackiing-where.html - as well as the video recording of the open WUaS Monthly Business Meeting for 9/18/21.

Electric power just went out here ... unusually (in the 'safe house' I'm staying in, but feels similar to power outages in Canyon 94516, where I lived for about 13 years (and who flipped the switch? And why? Or?) ... Can't microwave the coffee, but soft boiled egg is cooked thanks to the gas stove. Smart Phones work with battery and internet but laptop's wifi router is off.  

Regarding UBI Experiments for 7.8 billion people in 200 countries, UN mobile phones for refugee camps in east Africa for example? ... And possible UN bank cards for digital transactions ... without using electricity? ... What to do for 7.8 billion and UBI Experiments if the electricity goes off, even if most people will have UN smartphones or similar in 20 years?  Hmm ... What do you think?

But after my smartphone rebooted and was working again, my Skype message to Peter had gone through ... 15-30 minutes later ... and at the same time as the re-boot. So both these Apps appear to be working, after all, yet with new glitches ... seems like regulation questions emerge further here (and even regarding the regulation questions that WUaS is Minuting here - http://worlduniversityandschool.blogspot.com/2021/09/91821-agenda-news-for-world-univ-sch.html?view=sidebar in item B, B 1 and B 2 for example).

How to blanket the earth with broadband connection? (A hippy thing?:) And how to charge' the earth for universal reliable electricity'? :) If World Univ & Sch doesn't plan for wiki, people-to-people, free universal education, some other entity might (remembering the wisdom regarding one's own agency of "If you don't plan, someone else will").
