I was glad to be on Cuttyhunk for all of July last summer, and continue to hope to live on Cuttyhunk for 10 weeks a summer, and even next summer if possible. It's early now, and I don't know where I'm going to be living after next April (could it be in Canyon 94516 even, if safe?) but I could see being on Cuttyhunk for much of the summer no matter where I'm living (If I somehow did move back into an empty 670 Ridgecrest Road Canyon next April), could I even be away for the hot summer months, and possibly even as people put in a heating and cooling system, and even a wired multimedia shop, water filtration system, etc.?) ...

What do you think? I'm not entirely comfortable with Jan H....'s alcoholism, . . . (although I appreciate their being old hippies). Might we say no thank you ... and possibly recommend the Thurston's smaller house even? (And who knows what other roles they might be taking on, as long time Cuttyhunkers, and hippy musicians, and partiers too ... could they come into some sort of policing role on the Neck, if they were able to rent the Thurston's smaller house - very speculative - and could even the federal government help pay for this?). My door just opened a crack from the wind because it wasn't fully latched shut :) ... Invite them out to stay in Canyon 94516 in the summer months, if I was back on Cuttyhunk for those 10 weeks, ... since they might get to know the place of Canyon, by connecting with folks, and even somehow make it safer, and they might enjoy coming out to the Bay Area (I don't know them at all)???? The goal of this program is to provide K12 and Higher Ed institutions and organizations early access to products and features across various Google tools to help inform the future of Google's products. Our academic partners play an important role in the development cycle of products and features by providing feedback that directly shape and improve our tools.

What are we looking for?

Academic institutions that utilize Google Workspace tools. (Companies and Service providers are not eligible).

Greetings. This just came through from Google Education, after attending a 2 day conference yesterday and the day before. After a talk yesterday, I had some concerns about WUaS not having money, and this video link to the talk is here - http://scott-macleod.blogspot.com/2021/11/cells-in-body.html - which speakers itemize all kinds of costs (if WUaS was working with the state of CA even???).

But this Google Education pilot program looks to be still free, and due to WUaS being in Google Workspace for Education ... and a potential further way in.

Thoughts, questions, suggestions, ideas? Their FAQs seem sensible.

On the other hand, this could be a good way to grow, and who knows, but even find somehow students through Google Workspace for Education, since Google engages so so many people, and its AI machine learning IN MANY languages could be focused on this. Perhaps state of California developments will lead to reimbursement from departments of Education in CA counties and from all 200 countries ... And WUaS being able then to reimburse you, me and them.
