And could Harbin also come under the oversight of Kaiser Permanente Richmond health organization (for psychiatric and other medical reasons)? I've been whistle blowing some about Harbin, Reed College, and UC Berkeley and Berkeley Law (Stanford too) and partly about the illegal sex industry internationally and its latent networks of violence and would like for me and students especially, to be safe in heading freely up to Harbin in the future!
