I'll put a check in the mail to you at your  ...  address on my walk up to the Unitarian Universalist Church of Kensington - Berkeley (having noticed that the Quaker American Friends' Service Committee doesn't seem to work in Uganda, Africa, presently due to some laws there, and possibly for other reasons too). As you may know, I'm glad to report that Mwende 'VOLCANO' Evande, in Bafoussam, Cameroon, Africa, completed the free-to-students' term-long CC-4 licensed Computer Science "CS First with Google at World Univ & Sch" course learning the Scratch programming language here -  https://csfirst.withgoogle.com/s/en/home - in April. He plans to matriculate for a 4 year free-to-student's WUaS Bachelor's degree this September 1st studying further CS First with Google at WUaS courses with CC-4 ocw.mit.edu -centric courses potentially in a new WUaS App for WUaS courses-for-credit too. (Although Cameroon, like Uganda, is a poor country, and see their GDPs' here  - Cameroon: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cameroon - Uganda: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uganda  - USA: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States -  Mwende has both a personal computer and a smartphone it would seem).

WUaS is seeking too to make available WUaS Home Robotics' tracks - in WUaS Engineering and related majors - for free-to-students' online Bachelor and PhD degrees, since Lego Robotics works with the Scratch programming languages - and the WUaS Educational Services' store ... http://worlduniversityandschool.org/AcademicPress.html ... is an authorized reseller of 3 Lego Robotics' kits (currently in the USA only). And WUaS will seek reimbursement from countries' departments of Education for the WUaS free to students' degrees (due to the Creative Commons 4 licensing of OCW.MIT.EDU and nealy the CC-4 CS First with Google at WUaS courses), per student per year, prorated re GDP to what it costs even to attend MIT or Stanford eventually - and also will seek with developing countries for departments of Education to cover the costs of WUaS Lego Robotics' kits to matriculating students ... While in the richer countries, WUAS is seeking for students and their families themselves to pay for the Lego Robotics' kits from the WUaS Educational Services' stores.
