Greetings after The Middle States' Commission on Higher Education's annual meeting, and I hope it went well. Some of us World Univ & Sch were attending virtually a little bit through Twitter too. Thank you, Diana Bonner, again for your 2 emails of November 13, and November 17, and regarding my follow up email about possible avenues for WUaS to license and for free-to-students' online Bachelor, PhD, Law, IB high school or similar, and newly AA and Master's degrees (first in English, and for US students and students from all ~200 countries, and eventually in these countries' main languages). (I'm glad to write too that our WUas Sri Lanka campus, southeast of India, just shared some accreditation opportunities for our WUaS planned online Medical Schools and online WUaS Teaching Hospitals - but for WUaS degrees and course accreditation for "educational content for licensed healthcare professionals (physicians, pharmacists, nurses, etc) who need continuing education to maintain their licenses" with PIMED.com). While World Univ & Sch's / WUaS's financial situation is still dire, perhaps being able to first license and then accredit with MSCHE will change this with regards to a variety of possible funding sources. 

Diana, I'm writing again with my email from Nov 22 regarding your kind invitation to ask you questions: 

While I shared this PA Institution Resources' link - https://www.education.pa.gov/Postsecondary-Adult/CollegeCareer/Pages/Institution-Resources.aspx - with you at MSCHE in asking these questions before, Diana, and Heather, I don't see that this refers to licensing opportunities for WUaS (and neither the word 'license' nor 'legal' comes up here in a search), and also none of the options seemed doable at the time, what please might you suggest now with regard to all of the five MSCHE states' licensing and accreditation questions above? And, further, a search on the following which you sent doesn't lead to any approaches to licensing either - 

WUaS would be very grateful for any guidance you might possibly share on how to become licensed in a way to begin the MSCHE Pre-Application process. Again, Diana, President Perfetti, which licensing agency in Pennsylvania please does World Univ & Sch go to to get licensed first before completing the Pre-Application to the Middle States' Commission on Higher Education and MSCHE's 5 US states?

How best to proceed to get my Toyota Prius c 2016 car working again, please, having brought it in for a 5000 mile maintenance last week, and it not functioning any more this week? Dave Rusnak seemed to suggest bringing it in after 7000 miles again, but there was no sticker in the windshield indicating this. Is there a kind of warranty on a "5000 mile maintenance" with you done last week please? And should I bring it in again to the Toyota North Hills' service center, possibly getting it towed with AAA? If so, when? My car is down and it seems to be possibly related to the maintenance I just had done at Toyota Shorkey North Hills in Pgh. Thank you and,

Porpiglia showed that an antibody that recognizes thrombospondin and blocks its ability to bind to CD47 dramatically affected the function of muscle stem cells. Cells from older animals divided more robustly when growing in a laboratory dish in the presence of the antibody, and when the antibody was injected into the leg muscles of old mice the animals developed bigger and stronger leg muscles than control animals.
