Just back safe and sound, T.. ... Just bagpiped a little too ... Soaked in the Berkeley Springs' warm (not hot!) long rectangular pool and explored the town of Berkeley Springs / Bath dating well before George Washington visited it first in 1748 ...
https://berkeleysprings.com/trail/gwtrail-5.html ... Some comparisons between Middletown CA, 4 miles from Harbin Hot Springs, Harbin itself, and Berkeley Springs ...
After soaking and exploring, I went to Woodmont Natural Resources' Management area for a stellar spring green and flowery hike ... How was your day? :)

I asked a number of people while actually soaking if Berkeley Springs was a hippy place in the 1960s and '70s ... Some said yes, one said it still is, and he described himself as a hippy with longer hair last week than his almost Beatles' haircut ... Said he has land in the area ... As I soaked in the middle of this little outdoor state park, between two bath houses with "Roman Baths" heated to 104F, I was struck culturally by the number of couples walking by (some large people) ... A lot of people also were filling up their water bottles under a roof just beside the 2nd floor museum, under which was one of the Roman baths. Some people were friendly, others were stand offish ... One woman working walked with me into the bath house under the museum. Not very educated, she was friendly and there was a little selling of both sets of "Roman Baths" I didn't inquire into what made them "Roman" ... There were some families with kids too in this state park, 2 kids with nets searching to catch the fish in the warm pools filled by 74F source water ... The shops across the street from the Museum and baths were gifty ... And almost New Agey in 2023 ... The museum woman mentioned a store called Berkeley Sprigs' Memories gift shop on the main street wheer the owner was sharp and had traveled (NY, DC, FL). ... and whose sister Jeanne Mozier had co-authored a history of Berkeley Springs in a familiar series on history of towns. This woman Barb Wolfe also said it was a hippy place in the 1960s and 1970s then the artists came then the food people (re cafes I think) came (a sociological perspective ). The man I liked with the hippy-like part down the middle haircut also said the Chamber of Commerce has an exhibit of Berkeley Springs' history ... Am curious how Harbin Hot Springs and Berkeley Springs could emerge in parallel in Google Street View with time slider and with ethno-wiki-virtual-world-graphy of all of us building this together in a realistic virtual earth for history as a new form and method of history :) Berkeley Springs' culture ? Not countercultural ... more entwined with the Town of Bath than alternative Harbin since 1972 is, 4 miles away, dis-entwined with Middletown ... Not clothing optional, with cooler waters, not such a unique separate living culture as Harbin ... Glad to have soaked (the only one soaking in the pools outside today anomalously) :) Let's hike soon :)

Thanks for calling ... You've been to Berkeley Springs before too - do I recall correctly? :)😊

Hi T.. ... the timing of your call yesterday makes me wonder how to grow an abolition movement of the illegal sex and drug industries internationally and their latent networks of violence at (Berkeley Springs) state (and national) parks too like in West Virginia ... and at Univ Pitt Med Ctr in WV, MD and PA, for ex. ... I think I'll let you finish the Tuscarora trail on your own this year ... and in order to continue to grow World Univ & Sch's abolition movement to protect people... potentially all 7.9 billion people on the planet each a Wikidata PIN # ... Friendly greetings, Scott ( http://scott-macleod.blogspot.com/search/label/care?m=0 )

Hi T..! Thanks for your text message and re the first curious call from you in months ... and regarding my ongoing call for abolishing the illegal sex and drug industries internationally and their latent networks of violence ... and in that tri-state WV MD PA area (re potentially corrupt law enforcement and corrupt univ pitt med ctr too ... at Berkeley Springs ... For comparison's sake with Harbin Hot Springs ... I didn't get a vibe of a rogue or a criminal element or lawbreaking element at Berkeley springs - yesterday - and no 'negative vortex' fallen? energy culturally and in people either (yesterday) which is a phrase Sunheart used for Harbin Hot Springs ... but I think a call from a US state department official who might be seeing prostitutes illegally in DC area and in the Middle East ... could be a way that a corrupt state department official could generate a negative vortex at Berkeley Springs or on the Tuscarora Ridge trail too ... Have you or other government officials been seeing prostitutes in Berkeley Springs and the surrounding area. I also found your racist comment on a last hike inappropriate and scary from someone who may have aspired at one time to be us secretary of state ... Have been including you in emails for safety and security reasons ... and in further examining or inquiring about corruption in the univ Pitt med ctr ... Abolitionally, growing an abolition movement (potentially with you - please join the struggle to end modern slavery), in asylum from CA in PA, and as a conscientious objector, Friendly greetings, Scott (http://scott-macleod.blogspot.com/search/label/conscientious%20objection?m=0) 🙏 (http://scott-macleod.blogspot.com/search/label/ethics?m=0)

How best to grow an abolition movement of modern slavery in all 200 countries and in their main languages, I wonder T..? Am inviting you T.. to be a model of abolishing the illegal sex and drug industries and their latent networks of violence in all 200 countries ... in a Quaker Friendly way by being an example of anti-slavery behavior (the conscientious objection "Let this Life Speak" idea in Quaker parlance) 🙏Scott (http://scott-macleod.blogspot.com/search/label/Quaker?m=0 and http://scott-macleod.blogspot.com/search/label/Quakers?m=0) Please help stop the wrongful buying and selling of people, including sex trafficking of kids tragically - which may have been happening in the SF Quaker Meeting and Pacific Yearly Meeting since 1949 and Joel Bean) & re law, law enforcement +, T..! Thank you and Friendly greetings, Scott

Berkeley Springs' Memories meeting on Sunday April 24, 2023 - and someone who knows some of its history: The idea for a realistic virtual Harbin, and Realistic Virtual Berkeley Springs too (and in a realistic virtual earth - for history and ethnography etc) to which we all could add photos and conversations and oral histories, and memories would be created by ethno-wiki-virtual-world-
