WUaS has about $1000 in the bank and needs to raise $6500, since licensing fees will be $5,000 with the state of PA, and the MSCHE Pre-Application fee is $1,500. I continue to seek to remove Larry and Kim Viehland's home address - 1401 N Negley Avenue, Pgh PA 15206 - from the United States Postal Service's "forwarding address" databases ... but have not yet sent in a second set of 4 USPS Change of Address forwarding cards,

i) having not heard back from Alden Briscoe at Brakeley Briscoe in San Mateo CA as a possible WUaS forwarding address,

ii) living in asylum in PA from CA at 210 East End avenue house Pgh 15221 (with a couple of possible murders here in the past year), and very problematic and chaotic USPS federal mail delivery to the door, and

iii) in seeking to move back into a newly safe PO Box 442, 670 Ridgecrest Road, Canyon CA 94516 on September 1, 2023, with possibly very illegal federal USPS mail operations at both the satellite Canyon CA 94516 US Post Office building, and at its main Moraga /Rheem US Post Office building in the Rheem Valley Shopping Center at 460 Center St, Moraga, CA 94556.

iv) WUaS also hasn't heard back from the MSCHE accreditation agency about whether WUaS needs a physical address in PA to accredit (and license with the state of PA, which process seems further to be informed by MSCHE itself, since WUaS has already been authorized by the state of PA's department of education, but hasn't yet paid the fee - and per the state of PA's education department Michelle Simmons in January 2023), possibly after sending in the initial MSCHE Pre-Application, for example, from MSCHE Connie Clifton.
