Hi Jeff,

Thanks for your engaging Harvard talk today - "Pop-Up Learning: The Future of MOOCs and Online Education" ... http://cyber.law.harvard.edu/events/luncheon/2014/04/young. I want to let you know also about Creative Commons' licensed (so free), MIT-centric, online World University and School, which is like Wikipedia with MIT OCW, with plans for online, university degrees (bachelor, Ph.D., law and medicine, as well as high school International Baccalaureate diplomas) in large languages, - and wiki schools in all 7,105 languages and 242 countries; Wikipedia, by way of comparison, is in 287 languages and we all wrote it, and MIT OCW has around 2,150 courses, and is in at least 8 non-English languages.

Here's WUaS's blog - http://worlduniversityandschool.blogspot.com/.

We're still in the startup phase, incorporated in California as a nonprofit in 2010, are C.C. and are planning to matriculate our first, undergraduate class of high achievers online in autumn 2015, hiring graduate student instructors to teach to MIT faculty in MIT OCW video, in Google Hangouts engaging the conference method.

The wiki aspect of WUaS allows for a great deal of creative potential in terms of open teaching and learning, and WUaS's MIT- as well as great universities-focus facilitates kinds of high-achieving intellectual as well as STEM-centric discourse; see, for example: http://worlduniversity.wikia.com/wiki/Subjects.

WUaS would like to become the Harvard / MIT of the Internet and in all languages and countries.

All the best,
Scott
