Dear Intuit TurboTax, Ashley (Customer Service), and Supervisor team -
Greetings! I just talked with Intuit TurboTax customer service representative Ashley for probably more than an hour this evening, and in trying to pay my TurboTax payment of $193 excluding taxes to file my taxes, both federal and PA state taxes. I was seeking to pay by "electronic funds withdrawal directly from your bank account" (and see turbotax.intuit.com URL below in PS). And while Ashley helped me find similar information in Turbotax help, and gained access to my computer too with a supervisor after a while, both of these TurboTax information sources didn't work: I couldn't add my bank's routing number and account number. Later Ashley after contacting her supervisor team said I could only pay by credit or debit cards, neither of which I have presently.
What should I do? How can I pay TurboTax given these TurboTax information sources that say I can - and at this late stage?
Could your coding team please re-add the bank routing number and the bank account number fields to the TurboTax website possibly by tomorrow, Sunday, 4/14/24 (since I have the money to pay TurboTax in my account)?
The reason I chose to use TurboTax this year is because I had looked up that I could pay by bank transfer.
It's Sat April 13, 2024 around 8pm ET and Ashley said you'd be available until midnight ET and open at 7 am ET Sun 4/14/24.
Thoughts, suggestions, questions, ideas, customer support please?

Greetings! Having some issues (in asylum on the eastern seaboard) with payment of TurboTax fees today, - and having learned that my Chase credit card account is closed on W 2/28/24 from a grocery store first, without any notice whatsoever.
I tried to email them with this email but got a bounceback ... but did receive the opportunity to fill out a TurboTax survey ... and asked twice in the survey if they could

Ashley noted this on my TurboTax file, regarding the name difference on my mother's credit card. Will hopefully get taxes filed tomorrow.
