From a United Nations' social networking group ...
Hi Lan and United Nations' friends,
Thanks for sharing about this "Friends of the United Nations" group, which I've added as a reference to the United Nations' wiki subject page -http://worlduniversity.wikia.com/wiki/United_Nations - at World University and School, which is like Wikipedia with MIT OpenCourseWare, planned for all 7,105 languages and 242 countries, and for accredited MIT-centric, Creative Commons' licensed university degrees in large languages. (MIT OCW is in at least 8 non-English languages, and Wikipedia is in at least 300 languages). WUaS plans to begin academic accreditation in the United Nations languages first.
World University and School is seeking its first undergraduate applicants this autumn 2014 to matriculate online for free MIT-centric degrees in autumn 2014. WUaS seeks to become the Harvard / MIT / Cambridge / Oxford of the Internet.
Thanks again.
All the best,
Scott

Dear Sin Chetana,
Here are the beginnings of a free, C.C. (Creative Commons' licensed), online, MIT OpenCourseWare-centric university - Cambodia World University and School ... http://worlduniversity.wikia.com/wiki/Cambodia (accessible here from the Nation States' wiki page at WUaS - http://worlduniversity.wikia.com/wiki/Nation_States - which is also planned for 242+ countries ) - and eventually in main languages in Cambodia - e.g. Khmer language ... http://worlduniversity.wikia.com/wiki/Khmer_language (accessible from the Languages' wiki page at WUaS - http://worlduniversity.wikia.com/wiki/Languages - planned for all 7,105+ invented languages in the world).
Please invite friends (and people at the Cambodian Ministry of Education) to edit a wiki page, to teach to their web cameras, to translate WUaS and MIT OCW into Cambodian languages, and to help accredit it in Cambodia. WUaS is planning accredited MIT-centric university degrees at the bachelor, Ph.D., law and M.D. degrees in most countries and large languages, while creating online wiki schools in all languages in Cambodia (as well as in all languages in the world). Wikipedia is in at least 300 languages, and MIT OCW is in at least 8 non-English languages, by way of comparison.
I've visited Cambodia and it's a very beautiful country!
Best regards,
Scott
