Fireflies in the night,
Above now dark
Flourishing hedge roses,
Streaming green light
Trails through the
Past-dusk eve.
How did living flying
Light get in the air,
To delight in the night?
Light evolving,
Mating signals all-ing,
Old lives illuminating
On and off and on.
