Dear sporadic Universitians,
I attended a Wikidata monthly office hours in Internet Relay Chat (IRC chat) this morning, and Lydia and Denny, both core Wikidata folks, were facilitating it. WUaS would like to donate and use Wikidata, and inter-lingually; Wikidata is the far-reaching developing sophisticated database written for Wikipedia's 288 languages.
I'm happy to say Denny was open to WUaS helping with translation tags -

Denny also wrote qLabel which is interlingual software, partly for Wikidata, and which WUaS will also use. And Denny knows both Wikidata and Google very well.
Lots gets decided process-wise for Wikidata in meetings like these office hours, and in terms of working with other "companies" if you read the whole transcript, such as between Google (where Denny is now employed) and Wikidata.
