Concerning WUaS, I see Google Apps for Education as kind of the online Stanford campus of the internet, whereas I can see edX as kind of the online MIT / Harvard campuses of the internet. WUaS would like to build in both of them.

I'm so glad that World University and School just got an amazing new "CAMPUS" (and potentially inter-lingually) with Google Apps for Education for free -
