Good morning, Donald,
Thought you might come rolling up the stairs of the beautiful new Stanford Anderson Collections' museum on a Harley ... where thanks to the encouraging invitation from the St. Lawrence String Quartet we could walk / dance around listening to their music while viewing the paintings (which I only did toward the end, with enjoyment) ... a good innovative "first" for me with classical music at alternative great Stanford - and the St Lawrence players are such good musicians ... 2 Haydn pieces surrounding a John Adams' piece. :) :) :)
Said to Lesley (afterward) the violist, who's great about their music ... great "waves to ride on ..." at which she smiled broadly, and I also enjoyed meeting her hand-to-hand as well ... she can be a beamer and is "present" ... :)
Met too their new violinist, Owen Dalby, from Berkeley in the men's room, I'm glad to say (he and his wife are seeking to move to SF) ... I appreciated greatly their music to him (it was his very first concert with the St. L), mentioned World University's Music School

and it taking place in group video Hangouts after we get past lag, and gave him my card upon his asking. Also mentioned WUaS's All-instruments in All-languages' Music School plans, each a wiki subject page to begin.

Hoping the St Lawrence String Quartet will be central to the Music School at WUaS. .. and even with them as teachers vis-a-vis Stanford ...

(hope you don't mind my praise-singing to your Alma Mater for which I'm grateful).

Still waiting in my mind for you to ride up the grand staircase in the museum at 630 last night just as the music is beginning ... and on a silent electric Harley, and checking out the galleries riding around in silence as they play on ... :)
xo,
Scott
