And thanks so much for your email, and support, and overview. World University & School (WUaS) is seeking funding, yes!
But CC-4 ocw.mit.edu -centric wiki World Univ & Sch is also a newby to the NSF and welcomes greatly your potential role as an educational consultant, Stephanie. (Unfortunately, WUaS has so little money that I'm afraid WUaS wouldn't be able to compensate you, but would seek to raise money to even hire graduate students to write grants in the future, for example, and brainstorming-wise). That being said, and for your information, I'm attaching 2 pieces of a NSF grant proposal from 2018 regarding a very very early attempt at WUaS grant writing, and submitted through Grants.gov, but which only made it part way through this process (I think WUaS had trouble getting a DUNS number), if I remember correctly, (and which DUNS number may no longer be relevant to the process). I'll begin to look through the NSF website in some of the ways you suggested, Alex, and would welcome any guidance you might have, which process seems a bit like a labyrinth, and labor intensive as well. I'll begin to look through these in particular - https://nsf.gov/news/overviews/education/ - and - https://www.nsf.gov/div/index.jsp?div=DUE - but welcome greatly any guidance in where to even begin this search process, with these URLs or otherwise. Thank you.
As you may know, and FYI, WUaS is developing 1) a degree granting side, for free-to-students' online Bachelor, PhD, Law, MD, and IB high school degrees (due to the CC-4 licensing of OCW.MIT.EDU, which is in 4 languages, and in each of all ~200 countries and in their main languages, eventually, as well as 2) wiki schools for open teaching and learning, and in all 7,139 known living languages. Thanks so much - and for your engagement! One recent suggestion (in mid-December, through ISSIP where I met Stephanie) was to become a co-author, or similar, on a proposal with (the example suggested was) Stanford and San Jose State University, I could try to follow up on how I might become a volunteer - "volunteer [my] time to be a reviewer"- with this possible proposal, if it's in the works, and with the NSF. I'll look for other opportunities too to become a reviewer too, and welcome your suggestions especially.
As soon as WUaS is up and running with sizable matriculating free Bachelor degree classes (120 units over 4 years), - and WUaS is glad to be collaborating with Google in these regards just today anew with - https://csfirst.withgoogle.com/course/z33wpz - a new CC-4 licensed course via - https://csfirst.withgoogle.com/s/en/home - which WUaS is calling 'CS First with Google at World Univ & Sch - 2022 spring' - WUaS will seek to make our free Bachelor degrees available to students in all 50 US states, and in each of their counties too especially.

I followed up with Jim Spohrer this morning if I could volunteer to be a reviewer of a possible Stanford-San Jose State University-(WUaS?) NSF proposal that I recall being mentioned as potentially in the works. It's a great suggestion, Alexandra, and I'm also seeking for World Univ & Sch to potentially write a NSF proposal, perhaps with Stephanie as the professional writer of this, in part (since you've also worked at the NSF in these regards, Stephanie, and if you might be available). I haven't heard back yet from Jim Spohrer if Stanford-San Jose State University-(WUaS?) NSF proposal is moving forward, and regarding whom I might contact to inquire if I might volunteer to be a reviewer.
